We’re on a mission to make food production smarter, safer, and more efficient. As our new Area Sales Manager for France and other French-speaking markets, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and strengthening our presence in some of the World’s most dynamic markets.
Based in the Netherlands, you’ll combine your technical know-how with strong commercial instincts to develop new opportunities, deepen partnerships, and represent our innovative conveyor solutions to leading players in the food processing industry.
Your Mission
- Drive business growth across France and other French-speaking regions through strategic account management and new business development.
- Build lasting partnerships with customers, distributors, and OEMs by understanding their production challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Translate customer needs into innovative, value-driven proposals in collaboration with our technical and engineering teams.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor developments, and emerging technologies.
- Negotiate win-win agreements that support long-term success.
- Represent our brand at trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits.
What You Bring
- Based in the Netherlands and comfortable with regular international travel.
- Native-level French and fluent English (Dutch is a plus).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or food-processing equipment manufacturing, ideally with conveyor belts or automation systems.
- Proven record of growing market share and managing key accounts.
- A technical mindset with the ability to translate complex solutions into customer value.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
