STRAIGHT TRACKING

Unlike competitive high temperature conveyor belts, the unique profile of the Lehr belt provides the most accurate fit of the belt spirals with the connectors. This exclusive construction creates locked-in spirals, which enables the belt to track extremely straight. Lehr belts can be made from a variety of materials to withstand temperatures up to 2200°F, and are pre-tracked at Ashworth and electronically charted for waiver. Ashworth guarantees a true tracking oven belt when you specify the Lehr.

REDUCED BELT STRETCH

The perfect match of Lehr spirals and connector rods eliminates almost all hinge wear and belt elongation issues. This means little or no belt removal is required to take up slack, resulting in virtually no down time caused by belt break in.

REDUCED BELT VIBRATION

Harmonic vibration in competitive Lehr oven belts causes downed products. The improved profile of the crimp forms the smoothest possible hinge. This smooth hinging action effectively eliminates harmonic vibration.
